Hello, I was going through my computer and the server lagged and deleted a rare togepi I had. It happened 2/26/2018. I didn't have any screen shots but It was the only togepi I had. My name is Fishtown and I play on Sever blue. I realize it is usually not possible but I have spent alot of money on your game and am hoping you will make in exception in my case.

Can you please help me restore my accidentally released Budew level 25-26, i don't remember the ID of the pokemon because the chat reset.

Here is the evidence that i have caught the pokemon in my pokedex.
